Synopsis

Mother Goose and her three goslings introduce these much loved nursery rhymes which are adapted from ‘Mother Goose in Prose’ by L. Frank Baum. Children and puppets portray the stories which include on this video: Miss Muffett, Sing a Song of Sixpence, Old King Cole and others.

Slapstick comedy and accidental harm include:

  • people falling over accidentally
  • Old King Cole getting thrown off his donkey
  • a donkey accidentally bites the Prime Minister

  • In Sing a Song of Sixpence did they really bake the 4 & 20 blackbirds in the pie?
