Iver, Groove and Tula are three puppets that have come from outer space to learn about how people live here on earth. Each episode finds one of the friends asking a question to which they must then find the answer. While they use a variety of resources it is usually the Tiddly Peeps (children) who put them on the right track and help them prepare for Hoob News which will broadcast the answer for all the Hoobs to see.
