Synopsis

Balamory is a quiet little town nestled on a hillside overlooking a Scottish harbour. It’s chief residents include a nursery school teacher, an inventor, a police officer, a bus driver, a painter and a couple of entrepreneurs who run a local gift shop and café. They are all friends and love helping one another and often seek each other out for advice regarding the question or theme for the day.

Questions to ask

  • What the children are doing at the Nursery School looks fun and inviting. Parents may wish to ask their children what they saw that looked particularly interesting and go ahead and do some art, craft, gluing, singing, painting, reading, building, making, etc. with their children at home.
