Synopsis

Based on the books by P.L. Travers, Mary Poppins is a classic movie about a magical nanny (Julie Andrews) who comes to look after Jane (Karen Dotrice) and Michael Banks (Matthew Gerber). In the process she manages to make their father, George Banks (David Tomlinson) realise that having a happy family is more important than making lots of money and brings far greater fulfilment.
