Synopsis

Corduroy is a loveable teddy bear who gets left behind on the shelf because he has a button missing. During the night he goes in search of a button throughout the department store where he has many adventures while trying to avoid the night watchman.

This video contains three other short films which are quite suitable: Blueberries for Sal; Panama; and Happy Birthday Moon.

Accidental harm includes:

  • Corduroy pulls a button off a mattress which causes him to spring up and hit the ceiling.

There is a short film entitled The Bear and The Fly on this video which is not recommended as non-violent media.

Positive aspects

  • These films are all taken from picture books which could also be shared with children.
