Young Media Australia is a unique national community organisation whose members share a strong commitment to the promotion of the healthy development of Australian children. Their particular interest and expertise is in the role that media experiences play in that development. Young Media Australia (YMA) is structured as a not for profit company limited by guarantee with a national Board representative of major child focussed organisations in Australia. YMA is committed to promoting better choices providing stronger voices in children's media. Young Media Australia's Board of Directors Programs Established by Young Media Australia Sources of InformationYoung Media Australia draws its information from worldwide research studies, current literature, surveys, statistics and other verifiable authenticated sources of information such as listserves and the internet.
